2 front apexes on a lovely bungalow were looking tired and the render had failed leaving the brickwork open to the elements. We removed all rotting timber and old render back to brick. Replaced rotten lower timber with new and painted all timber in black weatherproof paint. SBR’d all areas. We then applied a full silicone render system in 1.5mm ‘Brilliant White’ giving the property its curb appeal back.
This customers back garden was looking tired and needed help bringing it back to life.
We removed all old Render from the surrounding walls. Apples SBR to all areas. We then applied a full silicone render system including 2 layers of base coat, reinforcing mesh, silicone primer and silicone texture in 1.5mm in a light grey.

Here we knocked off all blown render, applied SBR to all areas.
This was then finished in a a light grey 1.5mm silicone texture giving a new less tired look while also protecting the building.
We recently completed an external wall insulation project in Rotherham. Our customer selected a 60mm insulation system, finished with a 1.5mm silicone render. External wall insulation (EWI) not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of a home through contemporary finishes but also significantly improves the property's thermal insulation performance.
Here are two neighboring properties in Rotherham that we have recently completed. Both clients chose an External Wall Insulation (EWI) system, both with a matching 1.5mm silicone texture. This not only enhances the curb appeal but also improves the thermal efficiency of both properties.
