Silicone Render

Silicone Render is a thin coat render applied on top of a base-coat at just a few millimetres thick. It is seen as one of the most premium systems currently available on the market.

Benefits of a silicone systems

Silicone is breathable system.
Water resistant
Base coat contains a fibre glass mesh preventing movememnt and cracks in the system.
It is self coloured unlike other renders that must be painted after curing, this also means if the render is scratched it won't show as easily.
Available in 1000+ colours,
Above all silicone looks great and is up there with the most durable of systems.
Also comes with up to a 20 year guarantee depending on which manufactures system is used.

External Wall Insulation

External Wall Insulation is most commonly known as 'EWI'. It is an additional outer layer of insulation which is mechanically fixed to the exterior of the building. This provides thermal insulation and helps to save on ever increasing energy bills the. It is popular especially with older houses and solid wall properties where they do not have cavities in the wall so cavity wall insulation is not an option.

If a silicone finish render isn't for you then why not take at a look at our brick render finish. This is a top coat finish which is made to look like a bricked wall. It is great when trying to in-keep with the surrounding properties or if you simply don't like or think the silicone option suits you or your project.
